there is no warning sign for the double-dip at the intersection of Campus Drive with California Avenue for the drivers who are going towards Harvard. Not getting recycled at schools even though there are tons of recyclable stuffs at the school everyday. Not enough education about world wide drought Near landfill, John Wayne airport Near brush- only one road out: Orchard Hills Drive for Groves, Orchard Hills 2, Reserve Houses are very close together Many earthquake activity in the last 12 months Wrong way drivers on divided roads. They are either unaware of the correct way to drive, or they're too lazy and careless to turn at the correct location. It happens fairly often and it's terrible.

Some spots on University near Yale area seemed to be collecting water in the left lane heading toward Culver. Shady canyon bike trail, as one comes down the hill from Shady Canyon towards the 405, several roots have created significant bumps that have nearly knocked me off my bike. There is another huge bump on the trail about 200 m from the guard gate near the turtle rock entrance along the bike trail inside Shady Canyon. The Laguna Canyon fire of 1993 burned to the property line of our community. Since the community of Shady Canyon has been constructed we feel more comfortable that firefighters would have better road access to fight a potential wildfire. But it is still a grave concern in our community. A flood hit us in 1998 when the catch basin in Bommer Canyon overflowed during torrential rains. That is also still an issue of concern for our neighborhood.

Trees on the road near the Intersection of heritage and walnut. Tree roots being visible above the ground, big trees almost leaning towards homes. The area around heritage tract need more maintenance. Accumulation of water near garages in this area. The All American Asphalt plant is operating way too close homes and schools, releasing toxic, noxious fumes. We are also impacted by wildlife/rodents. Specifically coyotes, rats and bats.

In the tract of Cottage Homes, which are zero-lot properties, subsidence is a hazard. The four criteria are as follows: trees or large shrubs; their planting along the zero-lot line of a residential structure; clay soil; and water issues such as ponding, downslope under a neighbor's residence and / or irrigation system in close proximity to structures. Subsidence is quite serious and, in the worst case scenario, can lead to sink holes; it is not to be confused with settlement.

Toxicity in water supply and agricultural produce due to inappropriate practices. Also widespread use of additives used in foods ( packaged & restaurant) without sufficient testing that is cause of widespread illness and hence waste of human & capital resources. Lastly, inappropriate practices in Dairy industry making it a huge allergen today. The city needs to recognize these BEFORE they reach a tipping point. The truth is Most disasters are man-made
