What I did: Help devise and implement branding, sales, and marketing campaigns, assist with event coordination, assist with creation/refinement of communication procedures, assist with creation/refinement of customer journey processes, customer Relationship Management (CRM) database updates, assist with tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), assist with website and literature updates, assist with business administrative tasks and more. What I liked: I love the atmosphere in my internship, we have a team of 6 and everyone collaborates perfectly and effectively together. They offer me a wide variety of tasks while giving me hands on experiences with clients during the video shoots, meeting, and emailing. I am also able to contribute to the company’s success by learning how to track KPIS, assisting with the website, and promoting the business professionally by engaging the clients with putting important skills I have learned. But most important but not last, I was challenged to step out of my comfort zone with taking on new task responsibility’s, learning from mistakes, and pushing myself to excel in this role.
Future Dream Job: HR or marketing.
