About the Award Mrs. Mary Jo Tepp Boyne was a life-long nurse that passed away in an automobile accident in 2011. Mary Jo’s husband created this scholarship in her memory with the hopes that the recipients will enjoy as fruitful and compassionate nursing career as Mary Jo experienced. Julia is a pre-nursing major. She is a Nursing Club student organization member and works as a certified nursing assistant for Aspirus. Julia aspires to work as a registered nurse in a hospital operating room.
