Lenice Merrill Eskritt Scholarship KRISTA NIETO Krista is attending school full-time as a clinical laboratory science major while working full-time as a medical laboratory technician for Marshfield Clinic Health System of Park Falls, WI. During her free time, Krista volunteers for organizations in her community.
About the Award Lenice Christine Merrill Eskritt was a wife, mother, and grandmother much beloved by her family. Her sensitivity and compassion for her follow beings served as an example to all who knew her. She was very intelligent but was unable to continue her education beyond high school. She valued education and encouraged her six children to pursue post-secondary education in order to give themselves as many opportunities as possible. This scholarship is meant to honor her memory and her potential. It is her family’s desire that someone with similar circumstances to Lenice’s is financially assisted by this scholarship to develop their potential through education.
