About the Award Dr. Judith Herrold dedicated 34 years of service at UWSP with teaching, advising, serving faculty governance, mentoring new faculty, and her student advocacy. Her legacy of caring for students continues with this scholarship that supports outstanding Athletic Training students. Sam is a first-year graduate student in the athletic training program. Sam has been an athlete her whole life and is looking forward to being able to continue her work with athletes and helping them get back to doing what they love.
