Larch House is an independently-owned luxury boutique hotel, opening late fall 2025 in the historic Railway District of downtown Whitefish, Montana. Designed by Seattle-based architecture and design firm, Olson Kundig, the property features 39 guest rooms set among 10 distinct buildings, intentionally crafted to resemble a collection of private residences to honor the neighborhood’s character. Larch House emphasizes the use of local resources and thoughtful design choices that reflect the spirit of Whitefish and the Northern Rockies. The property provides guests exceptional walkability to downtown, the Whitefish River, and Whitefish Lake.
