The goal of this series is to connect people with the lean practices that they are currently using, sharing stories about what they are learning and how they are improving their practice. Fergus Nugent is an Associate Director for Project Management at Ardmac, a leading specialist construction company. Fergus has significant experience in the construction industry and joined Ardmac as an Architectural Technologist in 2011 focusing primarily on the pharmaceutical sector before becoming Technical Manager for three years where he worked on the implementation of Lean technologies such as BIM & Field Management Software across the business. In his current role Fergus is working on multiple Data Center & Electric Vehicle Battery Manufacturing projects across the UK and Europe.
