In 2024, the People Management Department played a pivotal role in enhancing the growth, development, and overall experience of AfriLabs’ staff. Through strategic initiatives focused on goal setting, performance management, skill development, and employee well- being, the department has significantly contributed to fostering a thriving workplace culture. One of the key initiatives was the structured goal-setting process using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework. This ensured that individual and team objectives were closely aligned with AfriLabs’ strategic vision, providing staff with a clear and focused pathway toward achieving organizational success.
