The participating enterprises recorded substantial growth, job creation, and positive environmental outcomes: ■ 42 direct jobs were created, along with an estimated 487 indirect jobs. ■ Over1,028individualstrainedinclimate-smartagricultureandentrepreneurship. ■ 75% of supported enterprises increased their revenue, with a total revenue growth of $273,001. ■ $268,823 in additional funding (grants, debt, and equity) was secured by participating enterprises. Beyond the numbers, the social and environmental impact was significant. The supported businesses implemented climate-resilient agricultural practices, provided critical weather intelligence for farmers, and introduced sustainable solutions that strengthened community resilience against climate shocks.
