The Delaware Chapter of the Appraisal Institute consists of nearly 60 designated members, candidates and practicing affiliates. Our members are located in all three counties of Delaware as well as in the Delmarva Peninsula of Maryland. They perform a variety of real estate services ranging from one to four unit home appraisals to valuing apartment buildings and large institutional properties. Our membership can assist people on valuing property for lending purposes, eminent domain, estate taxes, tax appeal, as well as providing expert witness testimony for litigation. Appraisal Institute members are uniquely qualified to meet many needs of the public.
