uncansville, PA — CBRE an - nounced that it has

arranged for the sale of Hol- liday Towne Center, an 83,122 s/f community shopping center located at 221 Glimcher Dr. Built in 2003, Holliday Towne Center is anchored by a 54,322 s/f Martin’s Food market, a sister company to Giant FoodMarket of Carlisle. Both supermarkets roll up to Ahold USA with over 780 stores in the United States. Other tenants include Dol- lar Tree, Domino’s Pizza and Holiday Hair, among others. CBRE teammembers Brad Nathanson, Adam Rosen- zweig, Kyle Prawdzik and John Colussi represented the seller, RPAI, and identi- fied the buyer, Equity In- vestment Group, during the transaction. The shopping center was 81 percent occu- pied during the time of sale. Rosenzweig says, “Holliday represents what the investor universe is seeking today – a value-add mature shopping center anchored by the mar- ket share leading dominant grocery store complimented by the largest dollar store chain in the country. We are still finding strong demand for our offerings that include a grocery store, whether in secondary or primary trade markets.” Holliday Towne Center is located in Western Pennsyl- vania in the greater Altoona submarket, approximately 2 hours south of Pittsburgh and 3.5 hours west of Phila- delphia. In other news, CBRE an- nounced that it has arranged the sale of 950 Pulaski Dr. building in King of Prussia for a purchase price of $8.2 million. The one-story, 40,000 s/f property, located directly across from the King of Prus- sia Mall was acquired jointly by Merion PHC Holdings LLC and Moreland Development LLC. Gary Leone and Steven Gartner of the CBRE Global Retail Services team repre- sented the seller, Hemar Realty Co. during the trans- action. Currently configured as physicians’ offices, exam rooms and labs, this building most recently housed offices for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and is fully vacant. n
