The shop is located down a long lane with locked gates. Watch for directional signs. Please note: Trucks will not be able to come in from the northwest, there is a 10’ overpass. No early lookers will be allowed. Lookers are encouraged to come during the inspection dates.

AUCTIONEERS NOTE: For more than 30 years, Rich and Connie Loberg operated Loberg Excavating, Inc.. Rich passed away in 2018 and Connie continued to operate the business. She has decided to retire to spend more time with her family. Nearly every item was purchased new and has been meticulously maintained. Full service records are available for every piece. This will be a very large auction with two auction rings running throughout the day. Every item sells with no-reserve. This will be a live, onsite auction; additionally, internet bidding will be available prior-to and live during the auction. No onsite buyer’s premium. Lunch will be available on the grounds. Loader and operators will be available sale day – please bring your trailers. Not responsible for accidents, errors or omissions. Announcements sale day take precedence.
