SUCCESS STORY

“Amazing experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and supportive staff. Therapy was challenging. Lindsey and Hannah were always respectful to my pain tolerance and my desire to accomplish goals. They had tons of ways to accomplish therapy. Courtney was great. Always a smile, always helpful, handled my insurance and scheduling efficiently. Therapists on the floor friendly and helpful. Northern Physical Therapy is a great place. I’ll miss stopping in. Lastly, therapy pool was the key to getting through my initial pain. So worth the drive to hop in pool and workout. A special thank you to Lindsey for the post therapy support. Telling me to call them in the future if things aren’t progressing was just what I needed to hear. I highly recommend Northern Physical Therapy is a great place.” “Always a smile, always helpful, handled my insurance and scheduling efficiently.”

GRILLED SHRIMPTACOS WITH SRIRACHA SLAW

5 DAD JOKES 1. I’m reading a book about anti-gravity. It’s impossible to put down! 2. Did you know the first French fries weren’t actually cooked in France? They were cooked in Greece. 3. Want to hear a joke about a piece of paper? Never mind... it’s tearable. 4. I just watched a documentary about beavers. It was the best dam show I ever saw!

Ingredients • 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil • 3 tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro • Juice of 3 limes, divided • kosher salt • Freshly ground black pepper • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and de-veined • 1/4 head red cabbage, shredded • 1/4 c. mayonnaise • 1 tbsp. sriracha • 4 medium tortillas

Directions 1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, cilantro, and 1/3 of the lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Add shrimp to a baking dish and pour over mixture. Toss until completely coated and let marinate 20 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, make slaw: In a large bowl, toss cabbage with mayo, remaining lime juice and Sriracha. Season with salt. 4. Heat grill to high. Skewer shrimp and grill until charred, 3 minutes per side. 5. Grill tortillas until charred, 1 minute per side. 6. Serve shrimp in tortillas with slaw.

5. Spring is here! I got so excited I wet my plants!
