Unheard But Not Forgotten
We were also fortunate to be able to work with Al Jazeera English News correspondent Teresa Bo on this project. Collaborations between News and Programming are a testament to the network’s dedication to stories, particularly those that impact the Global South. It is that support and commitment to journalism from Al Jazeera that enabled us to capture the full span of the US immigration crisis with deep reporting, tracking down and speaking with parents in Honduras to remote US detention centres to make sure their stories of trauma and loss are heard and not forgotten.
