Ripco was formed with one purpose - representing retailers, developers and landlords with their NJ, Metropolitan NY and CT real estate needs honestly. Ripco was founded and continues to maintain the focus on assisting with negotiations, providing local area and real estate knowledge, offering any and all marketing, graphic and research support and maintain- ing long standing industry relationships. Ripco has grown to three offices: Long Island, NYC and now NJ. They remain proud to still operate as originally founded – to provide only the best retail real estate brokerage assistance available. DO YOU OR YOUR COMPANY EXHIBIT OR ATTEND ANY OTHER ICSC SHOW? Currently, exhibit at the New York City Regional convention (this year in Suite 1C03), RECON Las Vegas and of course the PA/DE/NJ Idea Exchange, attend several additional ICSC events such as the Boston Idea Exchange. Also active with local ICSC Next Generation meetings. WHAT IS YOUR OVERVIEW OF THE 9/10/2014 DAY OF EXHIBITING: Fantastic with the move back to the Philadelphia Convention Center and overall Ripco was very truly pleased with the show. KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS IN 2014: More talented team members are continuously sought in all roles, focusing on our core founding retail real estate role in support of retailers, landlords and developers. MOST NOTABLE DEALS, ACQUISITIONS, PROJECTS, ETC OF 2014: Most notable project in 2014 was the opening of a New Jersey office and having the tremendous talent of Florian Suserman, Curtis Nassau, Alison Horbach, Ira Kerner, Stephanie Harris, Michael Rawlins and Daniel Zappala along with Irina Dovgan, Office Manager and Robin Liebman in Marketing/Graphics. Of course given the privilege of representing over 15 retailers with New Jersey expansion and over 25 landlords and developers who have placed their trust in this new Ripco office also spoke volumes. We are notably quiet about boasting accomplishment, rather focus mainly on our relationships - it is one of our most meaningful assets.

WHAT IS YOUR OVERVIEW OF THE 9/10/2014 DAY OF EXHIBITING: Excellent layout, easy to maneuver through the floor. MOST NOTABLE DEALS, ACQUISITIONS, PROJECTS, ETC OF 2014 – It was exciting to see new projects exhibited throughout the booths. I was able to speak directly to the vendors and developers about upcoming 2014/2015 projects. Also, walking the floor during the meet and greet was very successful. BRIEF FORECAST ON 2015: It’s going to be very busy in the Retail Construction Industry.
