Here’s how you can build meaningful connections with your colleagues: Build Stronger Relationships With Your Team
Make a habit of sharing your ideas, asking questions, and listening actively. Avoid assumptions and clarify points. When collaborating, summarize what you understood and ask for confirmation - it shows respect for others’ viewpoints. Communicate Openly and Respectfully Show Appreciation and Recognition Acknowledging someone’s effort, whether it’s a small task or a big project, builds trust. Consider sending a quick message, giving a shout-out in a team meeting, or leaving a note of thanks. Recognizing contributions makes colleagues feel valued. Focus on team goals instead of individual competition. Offer help when someone is struggling, share knowledge freely, and celebrate group achievements. Even small gestures, like mentoring a newbie, or brainstorming together, strengthen teamwork. Collaborate, Don’t Compete Relationships grow outside of work tasks. Take opportunities to connect casually, whether it’s coffee breaks, lunches, or chats in the hall. Sharing experiences and personal stories humanizes colleagues. Warm, Cozy, and a Little Kicky! Going “Butter” Nuts for soup ! Perfect for a cozy lunch, dinner, or anytime you need a little hug in a bowl! Expert tip - pair with crusty bread for the ultimate cozy meal!
Prep the base: In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them pop for about 30 seconds. Sauté aromatics: Add chopped onions and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant. Instructions: Cook the squash: Add the butternut cubes, cover with water or stock, and simmer until tender (about 15–20 minutes). Blend it: Using a hand blender (or in batches in a regular blender), puree the mixture until smooth. Add cream & seasoning: Stir in the fresh cream, season with salt and a pinch of cinnamon and add the chopped chili for a gentle kick. Heat through gently. Serve: Pour into bowls and sprinkle crumbled feta on top.

Durban Site Updates Rainbow Nation in Full Colour: Durban Heritage Day Heritage Day in Durban was truly one for the books! Our teams went all out to celebrate the rich and diverse cultures that make up South Africa’s rainbow nation. From vibrant traditional attire to beautiful decorations, the office was transformed into a lively celebration of heritage, pride, and togetherness. The day was packed with colour, music, and flavour. Dance and singing filled the air as colleagues showcased traditional moves and modern grooves alike.

Durban Site Updates Rainbow Nation in Full Colour: Durban Heritage Day Delicious traditional foods brought everyone together to savour the tastes of different South African regions. A Zulu traditional wedding re-enactment wowed everyone, bringing a piece of history and tradition alive in the heart of Durban. Cultural mashups added a unique twist, like Zulu team members moving to Indian beats , creating a joyful and unforgettable fusion of music and movement. Beyond the fun and festivities, Heritage Day was a powerful reminder of our diversity and unity. It celebrated the beauty of every culture, the strength of collaboration, and the joy of sharing traditions with colleagues. From laughter and music to heartfelt stories, the day left everyone feeling proud, inspired, and connected.

Here’s some of our highlights from our awesome Champions League showdown. Teams got creative and competitive, taking on: VMO2 Champions League – Durban Edition!

India Site Updates The streets of Kolkata are alive with energy - but for many stray dogs and cats, life is a daily struggle. Amidst this, a quiet army of dedicated animal lovers steps in, offering hope where it’s needed most. Among them is Deepak Singh from our QA team in India , a true example of compassion in action. Every day, Deepak devotes his time and energy to feeding, caring for, and treating the injuries of these vulnerable creatures. Deepak and his fellow volunteers show that empathy has no bounds - it extends from the workplace to the streets, proving that kindness is a universal language.
