(2) Had Diogenes been here with his lan­ tern, he would have found his man. (3) Do men need torches to find the “Light of the World?” (4) The “I am He”, is the “I Am” of Scripture. (5) Christ surrendered Himself, but saved His disciples. ( 6 ) The disciples went their way. Jesus went to the Cross. (7) Christ’s battles are fought with the Sword of the Spirit. ( 8 ) Contrast this handling of “God mani­ fest in the flesh,” with that spoken of by John. (1 John 1:1). (9) Judas lost his standing when he stood with them. (10) Access to the palace is easy to those who know our High Priest. (11) “Art thou one of His disciples ? What do you say?
