I think the Slieve Russell Hotel is a great and healthy place to work because we are well looked after, management always try their best to make sure you’re doing okay not only at work but even in your personal life when things get hard i feel like i can address issues i have safely and confidently without judgment or fear. If I have an issue i fell like Management want to help and do what they can to be flexible with hours etc
great opportunities to develop career with many different training opportunities & do have great fun with colleagues on shift across different departments

In general staff get along. The various benefits offered
It’s genuinely a fun place to work and for me it’s the staff that make it, I love all the people that work and I do enjoy coming into work to spend time with the staff members here, it’s a good place to work as a part time college student.
