ALLERGEN AWARENESS Our allergen awareness e-learning course provides delegates with an understanding of the 14 allergens and how to label food correctly in linewith the latest legislation. LEVEL 1 FOOD SAFETY This course has been designed to educate all delegates in the basics of food safety. This course is great on its own, but also works well when incorporated into part of your employee induction training. LEVEL 2 FOOD SAFETY It is a legal requirement that every food handler who regularly handles open, high risk foods is suitably trained. This course provides food handlers with a sound, basic understanding of all food safety hazards and their associated best practices.
LEVEL 2 PRINCIPLES OF HACCP Our level 2 principles of HACCP e-learning course covers the same content and structure of our classroom course, with topics including the implementation of a HACCP based food safety management system. LEVEL 3 FOOD SAFETY Anyone working in a supervisory position in a food business is not only responsible but also accountable for food safety. This course provides delegates with the knowledge and understanding of how to deal with issues such as contamination hazards, control measures, food spoilage and food-borne illness.
