Head of Capital Projects and Estate Development
The successful candidate will have proven experience of leading the development and delivery of large scale capital development projects in a comparable context. Ascot Racecourse is seeking an individual who has in depth knowledge of the property/estate industry and has experience in estate work focused on master planning, land development strategy and property management. You will have: • Prior experience in managing large diverse estates. • Experience of working with live environments and understanding the impacts to the business. • The ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure. • Drive projects forward and to completion. • Excellent communication and interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in a strongly client and people focused organisation. • Proven experience of leading capital development programmes and projects across technically complex estate portfolios. • Ideally have a chartered surveyor or engineer (MRICS/CEng) qualification or equivalent.
