LOCATION & DIRECTIONS Physical Address: 1482 74th Street • Keystone, IA Directions: At the east edge of BELLE PLAINE, IA , take Hwy. 131 north 3 1 ⁄ 2 miles to 74th Street, then right or east 1 1 ⁄ 2 miles. Or from KEYSTONE, IA , go south 2 1 ⁄ 2 miles to Hwy. 30, then south 1 mile on the gravel, then right or west 1 ⁄ 4 mile to the farm. The auction is located approximately 7 miles northwest of Blairstown, IA or 30 miles west of Cedar Rapids, IA. AUCTION FORMAT This will be a live, onsite auction. Additionally, live internet bidding will be available prior to, and live during the auction. We will be running two auction trucks during a portion of the day – come prepared with an extra bidder. TERMS & CONDITIONS All items must be settled for in full day of auction. Announce- ments sale day take precedence. Not responsible for accidents, errors or omissions. No onsite buyer’s premium. Everything sells “As Is”.
LOAD OUT Auction personnel will be available to assist with load out sale day and the following day, as well. All items must be removed by December 28, 2017, unless other arrangements have been made. AUCTIONEERS’ NOTE John Harder decided back in the spring of '17 to have a ma- chinery auction on December 19th. Since then, Mr. Harder has passed away; however, we will proceed with the Decem- ber 19th auction as scheduled. Please note the early 9:00 A.M. starting time. Machinery will begin selling early, please be on time. This will be a very LARGE auction! Lunch will be available.
