Architectus New Zealand has just released the latest iteration of the Upper West designs.
Conceptual design
The new multi-functional sports hall, comprising gymnasium, strengthening and conditioning facilities, and classrooms, will be built at the end of Upper. We now have the detailed designs and the next stage will involve issuing tender documents in mid- November with tender selection set for February 2022. College plans to have the main contractor on site by early May 2022 and the project completed by July 2023. This is an exciting development for College. Thank you for your continued support.
