Originally constructed as a residence in the early 1900s, the 4,600 s/f office building was acquired by TheAmerican Red Cross in 1950 and used as an office ever since. TheAmerican Red Cross has maintained the

facility and kept the superb architecture intact over the years. NAI Hanson Associate vice president Darren M. Lizzack and sales associate Russell J. Verducci secured the buyer, 345 Union Street, LLC, which will rent the property to the law practice of Dario Yacker Suarez & Albert, LLC. Space will be also available for solo practitioners. According to Lizzack, the new owners selected this building due to its centralized location in the heart of Hackensack and proximity to the courthouse. In addition, the unique character of the building got the attention of all partners in the firm. ■
