A water/life vest is also an important piece of gear to have for the swim season. Any member or guest coming to the pools and who is not a proficient swimmer, regardless of the water depth, should wear a water/life vest while on all pool decks and in the water. Water/Life Vests
2023 Aquatic Program Offerings
Lessons
Beginning 12 June, we will have morning aerobic class offerings at both ARL (adult pool) and FFX (main pool) aquatic facilities with sign up via calendar. Lessons for all abilities starting at the age of two, including adult “learn to swim,” will be offered this season. Whether your swimmer is just getting comfortable in the water or needs stroke refinement, we have instructors across all levels and abilities ready to work with our members. Instructions on how to sign up for lessons will be posted by the middle of May. For details, click here . Beginning 5 June at our ARL Olympic Pool, we will have Masters Swim from 5:15 AM to 6:30 AM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. All abilities welcome with a coach on deck to provide practices and stroke corrections/feedback. Season pass and drop-in option available. Please click here for additional information.
