5 Ways to Wellbeing 1. Connect – this step is all about connecting with the people around you, and about building and investing in relationships. How can you do this in your life?
2. Be active – this step is all about exercising to make ourselves feel good. What physical activity suits you best?
3. Take notice – this step is all about being aware of the world around us, to notice the moment we are in and the little positive things in each day. It’s also about being aware of our own feelings and reflecting on experiences to understand what matters to us. How can you take notice of these things more?
4. Keep learning – this step is all about learning new things. It doesn’t need to be formal learning or learning in school, but it can be any new skill we are learning in our lives. How can you do this in your life?
5. Give – this step is all about doing something for other people – about contributing to a wider community. It can be something as formal as volunteering your time, or something as small as smiling at people each day. What can you do to give more to strangers or friends/family in your life?
