In our case, MRS provided a unique assessment andmetabolic signature in this unusual benign dysplastic cerebellar gangliocytoma, LDD. 11,12 In light of the findings of a benign cerebellar lesion, no intervention was warranted and the patient continued to be asymptomatic six months later.
