Section 4. It shall be the duty of the President to maintain a positive working relationship with the Executive Council, officers, members and Sponsors. She shall preside over this chapter’s meetings and be an ex-officio member of all committees. The president shall appoint permanent committees as necessary. She shall meet regularly with the sponsor(s) concerning upcoming agendas as well as seek assistance from her officers. It is the responsibility of the President to stay informed of the status of all committees to ensure the timeliness of events. Section 5. The Vice-president assists the President as needed, as well as ensures that goals, policies and procedures are carried out. The Vice-President shall preside in the absence of the President.In the event the President cannot fulfill her duties the VP will resume the role of President. Section 6. The Chapter Secretary shall keep accurate meeting records, recruitment lists, attendance records, and documentation of club activities and functions. She is also responsible for taking attendance during each meeting. Section 7. The Treasurer shall work with the sponsors in keeping an accurate account of receipts and disbursements in accordance with TISD regulations. She shall work with the sponsors in determining an annual budget for all service projects in events. The Treasurer ensures that all members’ dues are current and paid within a timely manner. Section 8. The duty of the Director of Community Service & Fundraising is to improve our community and school by providing service projects and fundraising that benefits both. The DOCSF shall oversee her committee. Section 9. The Director of Hospitality and Public Relations shall help to promote the warmth, openness and welcoming environment that Rosebuds was created upon. This position shall also promote a positive public image for Rosebuds and its membership. There will only be one member voted in for this position. Section 10. The duty of the Director of Membership/Recruitment is to oversee all initiation of new members and assist the sponsors in the selection of all potential new members (PNMs). It is the responsibility of the Director of Membership/Recruitment to promote a positive climate within the club to support membership retention. There will only be one member voted in for this position. Section 11. The duty of the Staff Tea Coordinator will be to serve as the leader and be the person in charge of the overall event. Duties include food, decorations and overall execution of the event. Section 12. The duty of the Bake Sale Coordinator is to coordinate the bake sale as well as be the person in charge for the overall event. This will include organizing the pricing of baked goods, decorations and overall execution of the event.
