Applications Complete status means you have completed the interview process and have been approved for job offer once there is space onboard - Talent Pool means the interview steps are not completed but that there are no available openings. Q: What is the difference between 'Talent Pool' and 'Application Complete' status?

Q: I already applied via TopKarir but have not yet received a call for an interview. What should I do?
