Credit Procedure If your plans change and you need to withdraw from a class, pro-rated credit will be given to you if you notify us prior to the third class. Credits will remain on account for up to 2 years, after which they expire. Returned NSF Cheques / Credit Cards Payments made by cheque or credit card which are not accepted by the bank, must be replaced with a cash payment. A $35.00 administrative fee will be charged for each returned cheque or credit card payment. Members are responsible for ensuring that credit card info is accurate and current. Accessibility The Town of Tillsonburg is committed to ensuring that people with all levels of abilities enjoy the same opportunities as all who live, work, visit and invest in our community. Anyone requiring one-on-one assistance to attend our programs may have their support person attend free of charge. Interest Overdue accounts will be charged interest at 1.25% per month/ 15% per annum. User Fees Per the Rates and Fees 2024 By-Law, user fees will be added to all adult memberships, programs and rentals at the Tillsonburg Community Centre. Fees collected will be used towards updating the facilities and equipment. Non-Resident Fees A 10% non-resident fee will be applied to the total registration fee for participants who reside outside of the Town of Tillsonburg.
