For Cadet or Officer-level roles, it can go up to four steps — including a psychometric assessment and a live interview. The onboarding duration depends on how fast the required documents are completed — such as the C1/D visa, medical exam, and STCW certificates (including any renewals). On average, it may take between 1 and 6 months.
