• Assisting Team Leader in-office management • Ensuring accuracy of website and MLS photos • Entering data into accounting programs and MLS • Generating weekly/monthly reports and aiding in recruitment • Handling phone calls, emails, and messages • Managing new partnerships and agent information

• Managing online transactional systems • Monitoring new agents’ progress and encouraging attendance at events and trainings • Processing accepted offers, closings, and invoices • Providing basic training on company tools and systems • Updating MLS with listings, price changes, and showing instructions
