Stockwell is a privately owned Queensland based property business with a rich 65 year history in property development, investment, management, design and construction. It’s a little known fact that Stockwell was the first developer to deliver residential apartments in West End when in 2000 Mark Stockwell, Stockwell managing director, sent his sister Rose to bid on an industrial site on Kurilpa Street. Stockwell delivered the Regatta Apartments in 2003 and have been an integral part of the West End evolution ever since. Encore is Stockwell’s seventh residential development which adjoins their master-planned Riverpoint, completed in 2016.
