Since then, it has taken on a bit of a life of its own. This clinic is the process of discussing how to perform this work, introducing the student to the Sonic Universe of Intervallic Awareness. Of course, developing this Intervallic awareness will improve the Hornist’s overall playing. This is an Interactive Clinic of about half an hour so the participants will have a chance to play musical examples. I want to show how I teach students to lip trill without actually doing a lip trill. I will present exercises and explain why and how it works. www.marielickwarhorn.com
