lives growing up. I can relate to a lot of students with the problems they may face daily so if I can help a few with their problems I’m always there for anything they might need. What is your favorite thing about the school that you SRO for? It would have to be the family-type atmosphere we have here at both East Robertson schools. What is the coolest part of being an SRO? I can talk to people daily about anything they might run into. From school to different sporting events I attend. I enjoy being in the community on a daily basis. What is one piece of advice you would give to your students to help them succeed? Life may seem hard at the moment but it will get better. Just keep pushing forward. Always be respectful and courteous toward any person you encounter. You never know what they might be going through.
What school are you an SRO for? I am currently the School Resource Officer for East Robertson Elementary. What school did you attend as a kid? I attended many different schools growing up from Smyrna Elementary, Watertown Middle, Mount Juliet Middle, and McGavock High School. What was your favorite subject in school? It probably
would have to be history or back then they called it social studies.
Did you play any sports? If so, what was your favorite and why? Growing up I played football, and wrestling, and was on the powerlifting team. Powerlifting would have to be my favorite
because I could push myself to outlift my last personal record..
Why did you become an SRO? I choose to become an SRO so I could help the community with the kids there. I know students come from a lot of different lifestyles and home
