Ensconced in the Pauilhac hotel, this theatrical, opulent gourmet establishment belonging to the flourishing Paris Society group hosts its guests in a tsar’s boudoir, draped in luxurious Pierre Frey fabrics. The splendid chandeliers light up Slavic- inspired dishes featuring fish specialties. Smoked salmon, Sologne caviar, bottarga, lobster and sparkling silverware are the order of the day.
