You seem to have gone a little quiet. So I'm hoping for lots of posts to make me smile as I miss you all so much!

Just thought I'd give you a little update with what I have been up to (besides planning and your reports). I've been experimenting in the kitchen as I have tried to go 'meat free' for a couple of weeks. No reason as to why, just got a little bored with some of the foods I was eating and decided to mix it up a little bit. I've been making pizza, pastries, veggie curries, halloumi burgers, fajitas and much more! I've been watching lots of recipes on Youtube and thought I'd give it a go. I'm missing the gym and group exercise so much that my gym friends and I have made a little weekly challenge. We have made different exercises and based on which ones you complete you win points. My aim is 60 points this week. I'm on 50, so I'm really pleased with myself! Why not make your own exercise challenge? Give it to your siblings or parents/carers, or post it on here for us all to have a go at! Lastly, as you have probably read from the website I have been trying to sort out my wedding (which has been so stressful). As you all know, I was suppose to be getting married this August in Santorini! Unfortunately, I've had to postpone it until next year. Good news- I'm keeping 'Miss Humphries' name for another year (I know you all found my new name weird haha).
