MISS HUMPHRIES MAY 20, 2020 12:49PM Happy VE Day Today marks the 75th Anniversary of the end of WWII in Europe. Are you doing something special today to commemorate VE Day? I bought some scones, jam and cream and had afternoon tea (minus the tea as you all know I don’t like hot drinks). It was yummy! I had two special treats left at my door today. My friend made me my own afternoon tea in a little box with sandwiches and cakes and some pjs to wear for a quiz we are doing the weekend. Then, my nephew left us some birthday cake at our door. I’m so lucky!

Seeing lots of street parties has made me miss my family today, so I made sure I called them and made sure they were all ok.

Anyway hope you’re all ok. Miss you all so much. Whatever you chose to do today, please make sure you stay safe!
