Frame Structure: Abilis uses hexagonal loop frames to reduce materials while delivering strong, reliable back support. Adjustable Arms (3D Arms): With a press of a button, Armrests can be adjusted in three dimensions. Height change through a 100mm (4”) range, pads 50mm (2”) angled up to 20º left & right.
Fewer parts, less impact: Fewer components make the chair easier to dismantle and recycle, lowering environmental impact.

Abilis takes a progressive approach to defining the character of a modern office chair. By seamlessly merging the lower back and armrests into one cohesive structure, an open loop shape is created that visually frames the seat. This way of integrating shapes gives Abilis its distinctive, dynamic and forward-looking design. Designed in collaboration with ITO Design, a German design firm that has produced a variety of furniture designs and received numerous awards.
