The next few years are going to be challenging and exciting.” Steady Growth Baysek’s steady growth has prompted the addition of new employees, as well as a facility expansion. Total sales have tripled in the last 10 years, and the number of employees has doubled since 2015. The headquarters in Nelsonville was expanded by 70 percent to accommodate additional manufacturing, warehousing and office space. Growth has also extended beyond the U.S. The com- pany has had an international presence for over 15 years, establishing Baysek Machines & Engineering – UK, which was primarily an after sales, service and parts hub for the EU. Long-time affiliate dating back prior to 1995 Director Andrew Keighley and his wife, Mel, were the only full-time employees until 2019. Since then, Robert Jess for sales and Steve Sharp for technical service were hired. Baysek has several agents covering the international market. This includes Alexander Kraft of Design & Technik for Germany and central Europe. In Turkey, Nihat Kiray of Kiray Emballage, Kolbus-France for France, Belgium and Luxembourg, and Goettsch International for Latin America and Southern Africa. Product Portfolio The C-170 diecutter is Baysek’s flagship product, rep- resenting the bulk of sales and growth. New technology continues to support ongoing enhancements.
