OBJECTIVES & CONSIDERATIONS
OBJECTIVES Create a unified set of core goods; those that can be used across a wide variety of scenarios. We’ll leave space for one-off events and uses. With a core set of items, we’ll aim to take care of 80% of our requirements up front.
CONSIDERATIONS We need to strike a balance between creating a range of options and maintaining limited stock all while creating a collection of goods that represent our +Merchandise Strategy and stand out.

KITTING We’ve shown some other ‘add-in’ options. If a kit is desired, we recommend making the notebook and/or bottle the same across all orders to minimize order variability. Final costs to be determined based on number of kit items. PACKAGING Products shipping to global hubs/head offices will ship bulk with no additional packaging. The orders that are going to individual addresses will be individually boxes. Final costs to be determined based on number of residential shipments. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS To be determined based on final implementation plan. Fairware can be importer on record for shipments and manage global shipping using our third-party shipping partners.
