OBJECTIVES Create a unified set of core goods; those that can be used across a wide variety of scenarios. We’ll leave space for one-off events and uses. With a core set of items, we’ll aim to take care of 80% of our requirements up front.
CONSIDERATIONS We need to strike a balance between creating a range of options and maintaining limited stock all while creating a collection of goods that represent our +Merchandise Strategy and stand out.
