We keep the factory correct vibes of the 60s and 70s, from chrome badging, to uncut fenders, but deliver it with the power and performance of a modern build. STEALTH PACKAGE Our Stealth Package builds take the power and performance of the Heritage package, but update the exterior to a modern, more lethal look. The black trim, badging and wheel package feels at home on city streets or on rugged trails. Our BADASS X4 Package combines the classic Ford Bronco silhouette, with additional room to accomodate the modern family! THE GEN 6 BRONCO THE RETURN OF AN ICON The Gen-6 Bronco’s 2022 return lit the fuse for a whole new wave of Bronco enthusiasts with it’s perfect combination of classic attitude with modern tech. Ford’s lineup spans street to trail (Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, Outer Banks, Badlands, Wildtrak, Heritage, and more) with turbo power to match: the 2.3L EcoBoost I-4, 2.7L EcoBoost V6, and the 3.0L V6 in the Bronco Raptor. It’s the modern gateway into the Bronco world.

As great and efficient as Ford’s stock engines are, many originalists wanted what wasn’t on the menu: a V8. So BADASS Broncos partnered with Livernois to build it. Our Coyote-swapped V8 package delivers the sound, torque, and presence people miss, paired with refined integration for daily reliability. Installation options are available at our New Braunfels, TX, headquarters and our Michigan facility.

At BADASS Broncos, we believed there was room to improve the underlying foundation of our first-generation Bronco builds. We needed a chassis that could reliably meet the demands of modern performance, offer precise suspension geometry, and enhance off-road capability. In collaboration with BLACKLAKE Research and Development, our BADASS Broncos Chassis is the culmination of advanced scanning, computer-aided design, and a deep understanding of vehicle dynamics. Our customized suspension system ensures balanced front-and-rear kinematics for a refined ride and handling. Designed to accommodate modern, supercharged V8 engines, the BADASS Broncos Chassis provides the strength to match whatever power you put on it. We prioritized the driving experience, on- and off-road, with enough ground clearance for 37- inch tires.
