The benefits of global compliance and sustainability Regulatory environments will only become more challenging, and multi- country payroll solutions will be in more demand. This is reflected in the growth of the multi-country payroll solutions market at 9.2% CAGR. Companies want simplicity as the market grows even more complex. As McKinsey pointed out, ‘global payments are becoming simpler for users, but complexity keeps growing behind the scenes.’ Organizations will have to build stronger compliance frameworks, investing in technologies capable of automatically tracking and implementing regulatory changes across different jurisdictions. Investing in robust governance structures and continuous compliance monitoring will be necessary to ensure every employee in every jurisdiction receives a payroll that’s aligned with regulations, the cost of living, and tax laws.
