MYP TRUCK DELIVERY ORDERS Order deadline is Wednesday 12:00 PM (noon) EST, prior to ship week for new orders and order changes. FEDERAL EXPRESS ORDERS (Master Box + Standard Box) Order deadline is Thursday, 5:00 PM EST, prior to the ship week for new orders and order changes. CUSTOMER PICK UP Mast Young Plants will contact the customer directly to arrange pick up day and time. Normal pickup days are Tuesday and Wednesday. During peak weeks 6–12 pickup days are Wednesday and Thursday. SPOT ORDERS Order deadline is Friday, 5:00 PM EST, prior to the ship week. Spot orders will be shipped as separate orders and cannot be combined with regular orders. FedEx 1- or 2-day service (standard and half box) only. No Master Boxes for spot orders.
