teth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell” (Jas. 3:6). “ They say that—.” Wait a minute, sister! Are you sure the story is true? Are you, on honor, ready to vouch for it? Have you personally investigated? Have you really heard the other side? Are those who have witnessed to you unprejudiced? Was it told in a Christian spirit? Was the story told you with the intent to help some one? “ They say”—Ah! W ell! Suppose they do! But can they prove the story true? Suspicion may arise from naught But malice, envy, want of thought! “ The water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water” (John 4:14). In the olden days, when a castle had a well within its walls it was safe, but if the castle was dependent on an outside source of water supply, which an enemy could cut off, then the people within might easily perish. The Christian has “ within him a well of water” ; no enemy in earth or hell can destroy him or cause him to surrender. The Christian is invincible if he will but draw on the living water, the Holy Spirit within him.— The Christian. — S e le cte d . MARCH 17 Inner Springs

DON HILLIS Mr. Hillis has been used of the Lord in a remarkable way in bringing young people and older people to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. His mes sages on the “ yielded life” have wrought changes in many churches. He is especially gifted in service among young people. Mr. Hillis may be ob tained to conduct special meetings for one or two weeks.

Mr. Sutherland’s itinerary for the next few months calls for meetings in the following states: February—Washington and Oregon. March—Texas. April—Colorado. He will be glad to correspond with pastors or churches in these sections regarding open dates.

What Others Say

“ I am delighted to learn that Don Hillis has been made a member of the Extension Staff of the Bible Institute of Los Angeles. I take pleasure in congratulating both Mr. Hillis and the Bible Institute. I am sure that the Lord’s name will be honored in a very effective way in all of Mr. Hillis’ activities. We are glad to claim him as a Wheaton alumnus.” __j . Oliver Buswell, Jr., Pres., Wheaton College, Wheaton, 111.

"The results of your [Mr. Sutherland’s] services at Bozeman have been most gratifying. The Lord was wonderfully exalted, and the influence on Christians will count for eternity. I feel that you should continue and especially enlarge upon your stereopticon slide program. Possibly two nights could be given to lectures in astronomy and then more jn other fields closely associated. This, I am sure, is a ministry which will prove very fruitful." —B. J. Heetderks, M.D., Bozeman, Mont.
