Thank you to everyone who responded to our latest Quick Poll. We had a fantastic response rate as well as some comments to our inbox. Thank you for the feedback, we shall pass this to the relevant contacts at HMRC.
We asked: “have you had any RTI data matching issues?”
The results Yes
66.67%
No
33.33%
Only one third of respondents have not had an RTI data matching issue, while a massive two thirds have experienced this. While a level of data issues is expected, this is much higher than anticipated.
The policy team will explore what the CIPP can do to assist with this. If you have any further comments regarding this please do send them in – policy@cipp.org.uk.

In our last Quick Poll, we asked: Do you know what "list 3" is?
The results are in and 81% o f respondents were not aware of “List 3”, leaving only 19% who are aware of what it is.
For those who have not encountered this list before, here is a brief run down of what it is and how it can be useful to you.
Maybe we have been a bit sneaky, as the ful l name of “List 3” is the approved professional organisations and learned societies list.
