HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) currently has multiple communication campaigns and surveys underway. With so many of these campaigns, how do you know which are genuinely HMRC, or which could be potential scams or fraud?

HMRC’s Open Consultation on changes to statistic publications Published: 2 December 2022 Emailed: 7 December 2022
HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has released an open consultation seeking your views on changes to the statistic publication it releases.
HMRC aims to: • continue to produce useful and relevant statistics for use by stakeholders, adding to existing statistics where appropriate • adapt statistics publications to reduce what is produced for those which are no longer widely used, or are duplicated elsewhere, or could be produced less frequently.
Here is a brief overview of the publications identified for changes and updates:
