The newly created Deputy Director of Estates and Digital Integration post will play a critical role in ensuring we deliver a high-performing, safe, sustainable, and digitally advanced estate. The post- holder will support the Director in strategic leadership and operational management across all Estates functions, with direct accountability for Maintenance, Capital Projects, Energy Management, and Digital Integration. The role combines strategic and operational oversight of the estate with the integration of innovative digital technologies.
