BIOPHILIA

Named by House Beautiful as one of the biggest trends this year, biophilia is at the top of our style list. This nature-inspired aesthetic draws upon the beauty of the great outdoors and aims to strengthen our connection with biophilic elements such as plants and natural light. With more of us now incorporating hybrid or remote working into our daily routines, this uplifting style is a great option for boosting productivity and mood.

Raw and tactile materials like rattan and bamboo are not only environmentally conscious, but they look great when paired with earthy tones like ochre, chocolate brown and umber. To create a calming ambience within a multifunctional space, choose a corner of the room to create an escapist retreat, which could include a meaningful landscape or seascape artwork with a comfy chair or beanbag. As the seasons change, your artwork arrangement can be rotated, travelling with you on your life journey.
