Executive Summary
At Harrison Global, we’re here to solve retail’s toughest challenges in a smart , conscious , and efficient way . That purpose has never felt more relevant. A message from our Managing Director
supply chain responsibility, and ethical business conduct and sets a clear path for us to progress towards Gold. Our progress this year reflects strength across all three pillars of our strategy: for our Planet , a verified reduction in emissions and transition to renewable energy; for our People , new wellbeing and inclusion initiatives alongside full DEI training completion; and for our Performance , strengthened supplier engagement and transparent reporting. These pillars guide our actions, and together they capture what responsibility looks like at Harrison Global. We’re honest about the challenges that remain: reducing plastic use, extending supply chain transparency beyond Tier 1, and preparing for new UK sustainability reporting standards. But we see these not
as barriers but as opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and lead. That’s why we’re preparing to submit our near-term Scope 1, 2, and 3 targets to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This step will significantly influence our future ambitions. This report is not just about metrics – it’s about people, responsibility, and a shared journey. I want to thank our colleagues, customers, and partners for being part of it. Together, we’ll continue to build a more resilient, responsible, and sustainable business for the years ahead.
In 2024, we showed what we can achieve together by reducing our carbon footprint by 67 tCO₂e, switching to 100% renewable electricity at our headquarters and major sites, and working hand-in-hand with suppliers and customers to make responsible choices easier. But more than numbers, this was a year where our people truly lived our brand promise – Authentically Responsible. Winning Together . From colleagues who shared commuting rides to teams who embraced refurbished IT and new processes, progress was driven by everyday actions across the business. Our commitment has been recognised externally too. We’re proud to have achieved a Silver EcoVadis rating, placing us in the top 25% of companies assessed worldwide. This independent validation reflects our strong foundations across environment, labour rights,

Our Open Loop Initiative As a business that relies on plastic components, we see our environmental footprint as a real opportunity to lead our industry toward a more circular economy. Our Open Loop Take-Back Service is proof of this commitment, actively turning discarded materials into new resources and significantly reducing our reliance on virgin materials.
This scalable solution is built on a clear, six-stage circular process:
Collection: We collect used data strips from our retail partners’ store locations.
Cleaning & Grinding: At our local facility, these strips are thoroughly cleaned and ground into recycled material.
Reforming: The recycled content, consisting of PET/PVC, is blended into new data strips.
Continuous Collection: Retailers send back used strips on an

Planet At Harrison Global, we recognise that our long-term success is intrinsically linked to the health of our planet. At Harrison Global, our commitment to a sustainable future begins with a clear understanding of our environmental impact. Our operational carbon footprint has been independently verified, giving us a robust foundation for our climate action strategy and a clear view of our progress. Carbon & Energy Footprint
Targeting Our Key Carbon Hotspot
Committing to Science-Based Targets (SBTi) Looking forward, our commitment extends to setting ambitious, verifiable targets. We’ve made a firm commitment to submit near-term Scope 1, 2, and 3 targets to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This commitment will provide a clear, science- based roadmap for our future climate action, ensuring our goals are aligned with the global effort to limit warming to 1.5°C.
Transitioning to Renewable Energy
To achieve long-term, meaningful change, we’re strategically addressing our most significant source of emissions. Our data shows that employee commuting is the largest single contributor to our carbon footprint. So we’re actively developing initiatives like car-sharing and educational schemes to help reduce these emissions.
A key driver of our emissions reduction has been our shift towards more sustainable energy sources. We’re now using alternative energy providers, including one with a 100% renewable supply. This change reflects our purchasing choices and represents a tangible step in our decarbonisation journey.

Over a two-week period, our Sustainability Director – Jacqui Brown , led a comprehensive Double Materiality Assessment in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team to identify and prioritise the ESG topics most significant to Harrison Global’s operations, stakeholders, and long-term strategy. This process evaluated each topic through two key lenses — financial materiality (its impact on business success) and impact materiality (our influence on society and the environment). Through detailed workshops and analysis, we assessed areas such as carbon emissions, supply chain ethics, labour practices, diversity and inclusion , and regulatory compliance . The results guided us in mapping priorities that balance commercial performance with social and environmental responsibility. This exercise not only strengthens alignment with global frameworks such as the UN Global Compact, GR I, and SBTi, but also reinforces accountability across all departments. By understanding where our efforts drive the most value and positive change, we are better positioned to integrate sustainability into every business decision — enhancing transparency, improving stakeholder trust, and ensuring measurable progress towards our ESG and net zero goals. Innovation & Future Outlook
We’re committed to a future that’s not only sustainable but also built on continuous innovation. Our CSR strategy is a living document, and we’re constantly seeking new ways to integrate ESG principles into our business model, from research and development to final product delivery.
SOLUTION
AMBITION
R&D and Collaboration We’ve developed an award-winning sustainable solution through our Ecovision® Cardboard Corr-A-Clip — a fully recyclable and biodegradable alternative to traditional plastic clips used in the display POS industry. This innovative product decomposes naturally within 90 days and exemplifies our commitment to reducing plastic usage and promoting circular design. The Ecovision Corr-A-Clip will be introduced to customers as part of our wider initiative to eliminate plastic across our operations and supply chain. By working collaboratively with industry partners, recyclers, and environmental organisations, we continue to demonstrate leadership in sustainable product development and responsible innovation.
Long-Term ESG Goals
Our future ambitions focus on three key pillars:
1. SUPPLY CHAIN DECARBONISATION: We are committed to reducing our Scope 3 emissions through targeted supply chain engagement and collaboration. Our near-term objectives are aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) , ensuring that we continue to make verifiable progress toward our Net Zero goals by Q3 2025. 2. PRODUCT INNOVATION: We’ll continue to invest in R&D to develop next-generation products that minimise resource consumption and support a circular economy. Building on our success with the award-winning Ecovision® Cardboard Corr-A-Clip, we will continue to design and deliver sustainable product solutions that reduce plastic dependency and promote circularity for our customers and partners. 3. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: We will expand our community and partner outreach programmes to create a meaningful and positive social impact in the regions where we operate— supporting education, inclusion, and local sustainability initiatives
